Enrollment in the Jennings Oneil Career Academy (“JOCA”) Complete-to-Earn-Certificate Program (“the Program”) constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Program provides structured, hands-on training and instruction leading to an official Certificate of Completion upon successful fulfillment of all academic, attendance, and conduct requirements.
